Aromatherapy, Massage and Reflexology in Cardiff

Who am I?  What do I do?

Hannahs' interest in complementary therapies came from her mother; her arthritis meant she needed different forms of pain and stress relief other than medications that wouldn't always work for her.

Hannah decided then that she wanted to be one of the people her mother turned to for help. She applied for the BSc (Hons) Complementary Therapies at UWIC in 2006. The course included diplomas in Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

Hannah has continued with her therapies since then, as well as working as a nurse assistant from 2009-2010 in the Bristol Royal Infirmary on a medical ward.

In 2016 Hannah started a 4 year course in Amatsu, she completed her final year in 2019 so she is now a qualified Amatsu Orthopath.

This has helped her to evolve into a therapist with the experience of working alongside allopathic/conventional medicine, with all kinds of illnesses, and has set her up to work with medication side effects.

Hannah now only offers Amatsu in Cardiff, and uses her knowledge of anatomy and physiology from her degree, and her experiences of working with all types of physical and emotional ailments from her work in the hospital to provide a well-rounded treatment.
